PROBLEM
"Orange Peel" Surface appearance.
CAUSE
  • Too much coating applied to the blanket.
  • Coating viscosity too high (too thick).
SOLUTION
  • Reduce roller speeds to apply less coating.
  • Reduce coating viscosity (make thinner).
  • Check NIP pressure.
